Casa Di Goya is a three-storey 400 sq. m villa offering a perfect layout to maximise both space and views from any angle. Because of its convenient location, it offers quick access to Chania city and beaches, and can accommodate 12 guests in its 5 bedrooms.

Ground Floor

Entering the villa, you step into an open-plan area that combines the living room and kitchen. The living room features several comfortable sofas, an open fireplace, and a 50” satellite HDTV with Netflix, alongside an indoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered holiday, including a second dining table for more casual meals. A bathroom with a shower is also conveniently located on the ground floor.

From the living room, you can access the villa’s playroom, designed to provide hours of entertainment. It includes a 60” satellite HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 console, and a cozy sofa. A small, well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for preparing snacks. The playroom also houses gym equipment, including weights, yoga mats, Pilates balls, and exercise bands.

Attic Bedroom

From the playroom, stairs lead to a bright and spacious attic bedroom featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Large windows and a skylight fill the room with natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding nature.

First Floor

Accessing the first floor via the staircase, you arrive at a hall furnished with a sofa, a washing machine, a dryer, and a fridge. From here, a door leads to the expansive first-floor veranda, complete with a large sofa, coffee table, and breathtaking views.

This floor also features two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Two single beds (which can be arranged as a double) and access to a balcony with nature views.

Master Bedroom: A double bed, a walk-in closet, and a private veranda furnished with patio seating. The en-suite bathroom offers a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub with chromotherapy and aromatherapy settings, plus a hydromassage shower.

Loft

A few steps up, guests reach a private 70 sq. m. loft, perfect for those seeking extra privacy. The loft combines a comfortable living area with a sofa, an office space, and a small kitchenette. It accommodates two double beds and includes a closet room and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin. Large windows and a balcony fill the loft with natural light while offering stunning views of Chania city and the sea.

Independent Studio

From the garden and pool area, guests can access a separate studio, perfect for autonomy and privacy within the group. This fifth bedroom features two single beds (convertible to a double) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and relaxation spots, with full privacy provided by the completely fenced property. The pool terrace, in particular, boasts magnificent sea views, creating the perfect setting for leisure and enjoyment.
